Overview
Elderberry Edibles is a human-scale homestead market garden located in the Tanque Verde Valley on the East side of Tucson, Arizona. We lovingly hand-tend our produce, herbs and flowers using only natural growing methods to ensure a safe product for our family and yours. The key to optimal nutrition and flavor in our produce is healthy, fertile soil. To ensure it remains so, we compost, grow green manure and cover crops as well as rotate plantings.
